WARRANTY

Arctic Leopard electric dirt bikes are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of original purchase, in addition to any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Who's covered

This warranty applies only to bikes purchased new in Australia from Arctic Leopard Australia, the authorised Australian distributor of Arctic Leopard, or from one of our authorised dealers.

To make a claim, you must provide proof of purchase: a tax invoice or receipt showing the seller's name, the date of purchase and the bike's frame number.

What's covered

Defects in the frame, motor, controller and battery arising from normal off-road use, subject to the exclusions below.

What's not covered

  • Bikes not purchased from an authorised Australian dealer, including bikes bought from overseas websites, grey imports or other unauthorised sellers
  • Claims where valid proof of purchase is not provided
  • Normal wear items (tyres, chains, sprockets, brake pads, brake discs, grips)
  • Damage from crashes, misuse, racing, or use outside the bike's intended off-road purpose
  • Damage from unauthorised modification or non-genuine parts
  • Water ingress beyond the bike's rated protection
  • Damage from improper charging or use of a non-approved charger

If your bike was bought from an unauthorised seller, any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law are against the business that sold it to you.
